To Our Valued Customers:
The fuel costs are constantly at considerably high level, therefore Air China Cargo will adjust the Fuel Surcharge from USD/CAD 0.65/KG to USD/CAD 0.70/KG. This increase will be effective May 16, 2018.
This adjustment will apply to all of Air China and Air China Cargo’s air waybills which is issued in the US & Canada.
-The surcharge will be assessed on chargeable weight. -No minimum.
-May be either Prepaid or Collect.
-Non commissionable.
-Full surcharge amount should be inserted in the box of “Total Other Charges DueCarrier”, using the code “MYC”.
US Security Surcharge (SSC) USD 0.10 /KG with USD 5.00 minimum per air waybill and Canada Security Surcharge (SSC) CAD 0.15 /KG with CAD 7.50 minimum per air waybill remains in effect.
No extra charge for screening.
